Spaghetti with potatoes and sun-dried tomatoes
Yes, there's me too! As long as the last entry is already here, but I still read all the delicious entries of other bloggers and I am diligent in it.
much has happened here:
we moved, I started to work again, the children begin to walk and talk, we have a Vegetable garden created and I have to undergo a routine operation. Everything went well!
Sometimes I get to try a new recipe and the pasta has become a keeper in our home.

300 grams potatoes

Peel potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes and about 2 min.
cook in boiling salted water. Remove potato cubes, then cook the spaghetti in the water until al dente. In the meantime, cut the dried tomatoes into strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan, fry golden brown potato cubes and removed. Sauté garlic, add tomato strips, butter and broth, min
approximately 5. Simmer. The sauce with salt, pepper and any additional season with minced garlic.
Drain spaghetti, give the tomatoes with the potato cubes and

Note:
Very tasty recipe for pasta lovers! The quantities we may therefore be a bit more generous. Instead of 400g pasta 500g I have taken and also to the dried tomatoes, garlic cloves and olive oil I have no savings.
Tim brewer allows the potatoes to the fry cook in the broth, I do not because then it cedes the crispy surface.
