Swedish cinnamon buns


By Sarah Wiener is this wonderful recipe for Swedish cinnamon buns.
About 60 pastries come out when the screw is not too great power.
The dough is a dream and is designed well for other variants such as braids or cake base.
For an invitation I had recently taken the small cinnamon rolls and they were ratzfatz away. In Sarah Wiener's "sweet" book it has many other recipes that would appeal to me as crème brûlée with honey, Zuppa Inglese, Heidelbeerbunki pot or dumpling.

Title: Swedish cinnamon buns

Quantity: 60 pieces

Ingredients: 300 ml milk

42g yeast 750g flour


150g butter 1 tsp cardamom 1 egg capsules

0.5 tsp salt 125 g sugar


For the filling: 75g butter


100g sugar 2 tablespoons ground Ceylon cinnamon

To finish: 1 egg for

pearl sugar for sprinkling.

Preparation:

warm milk, take off like a cup and dissolve the yeast in it. Stir in a tablespoon of flour and let rise 15 minutes. In the remaining milk, melt the butter and warm can be. Cardamom seeds in a mortar grind finely.

The cinnamon rolls have been given a permanent place in my kitchen notebook, because they taste excellent, and because the jaws such a wonderful scent through the house draws.
