;-) The recipe for the walnut meringues I have from my Aunt Marianne, a gifted cookie baker. Without much effort, you can still prepare this treat in the last minute for Christmas, because these cookies have not eating in front of the store and are ready in no time. In a baking book, I found a similar recipe as the walnut meringues hot then white clouds.

coarse chopped walnuts 300 grams sugar 250 grams
3 egg whites

- Claudia beat egg whites and powdered sugar until stiff
above the water bath. Then stir in the walnuts. With two small teaspoons Piles on the floured baking pan set. At 100-130 degrees Celsius for about half an hour, let dry for more than bake.
