Yes and no contradictions (in the Bible part 4) THE REAL
Christ had to die so that our sins are forgiven. If Jesus had not died for us, we probably would all be pretty damn. So we need the people who were responsible for his arrest and execution, but actually be grateful. What does the Bible say?
YOUNG AND YOUNGER
Let's start at the Last Supper.
Jesus holds just another speech about his strange ideas about hygiene and looks still not see why one should wash hands before eating.
Throughout the Last Supper Jesus knows well that there is a traitor in its ranks ...
"9 Thus saith unto him, Simon Peter, Lord, not my feet alone, but also my hands and my head!
10 Jesus saith unto him, Who is washed needeth not for washing the feet, but he is quite clean. And you are clean, but not all
11 ( For he knew who should betray well, so he said. You are not all clean). "
(John 13:27)
A little later, he shares this shocking Message to all his disciples with. Which are naturally shocked that one of them is to be a traitor, and try everything to figure out who it is.
"21 When Jesus had spoken these things, he was troubled in spirit, and testified and said, Verily, verily I say unto you one of you shall betray me.
22 As the disciples looked at one another, and they became afraid of what he was talking about.
23 It was one of his disciples, who sat at the table at the breast of Jesus, whom Jesus loved.
24 waved to Simon Peter, that he should investigate who it was, which he said.
25 because the same was on the breast of Jesus, and he said to him: Lord, who is it? "
(John 13:21-25)
The tension is unbearable ... Who is the traitor? Jesus is a pretty clear answer.
" 26 Jesus answered, He it is, which I dipped the morsel and give "
(John 13:26 a)
So - now up to the disciples to wait only. to whom Jesus is the bite and you know who the traitors.
"And he had dipped the morsel, he gave Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot."
(John 13:26 b)
Judas? Not! Judas! I never would have expected from him!
But at least the cat is out of the bag.
we recapitulate again:
1) Jesus tells the disciples, He gives next a piece of bread will betray him.
2) In the same verse he gives Judas the morsel.
You have to actually be a genius to know now who will betray Jesus. Or
yet?
"27 And after the sop Satan drove into him Jesus said to him. What thou doest, do quickly
28 But this! No one knew at the table what he's told him. "
(John 13:27-28)
What the hell ...?!
None of the disciples understood Jesus? And these dopey guys have allegedly carried on after his death his message? No wonder there are so many contradictions and inconsistencies in it ...
Also very interesting: Satan runs in the first Judas after Jesus has said, this would betray him.
Judas has now probably no choice.
He leaves the supper and do what Jesus told him. No one stops him, because Jesus chose only strunz stupid people as disciples.
"29 Many thought, because Judas had the bag, Jesus says to him, Buy what we need is on the party! or that it would be something to the poor.
30 He had received the sop, he went out immediately. And it was night. "
(John 13:29-30)
QUO VADIS?
After Judas left, Jesus opened the disciples, he will leave soon.
"33 I'm not long for you, my children. You shall seek me, but what I have said to the Jews, I say unto you, There, where I go you can not go with her ".
(John 13:33)
The disciples want to know more details and ask, where exactly am Jesus.
"36 Simon Peter said to him: Lord, where are you going Jesus answered him: Where I go, you can not follow me now: but thou wilt . follow afterwards
37 Peter said to him:?. Lord, why can not I follow you this time I will lay down my life for you
38 Jesus answered him: If you your life can be for me? Verily, verily I say unto thee. The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice "
(John 13:36-38)
Instead of answering, Jesus is another self-fulfilling prophecy But the disciples in motion as soon give up and not ask further
"5 Thomas said to him: Lord, we do not know where you going , and how we can show the way.. know?
(John 14:5)
Jesus was a little offended that no one asks him where he really go away ...
"5 But now I am going to him who sent me, and none of you asks me: Where are you going "
(John 16:5)
EARS FROM
It comes, as it had to: Jesus is betrayed by Judas and arrested by the high priest of the Pharisees. One of the disciples tried to prevent the arrest and beats from a slave of the high priest with his sword ear. Jesus finds the not good.
"51 And behold, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword and struck the high priest's servant, and cut off his ear.
52 Then said Jesus to him;!. Put your sword back in its place because who take the sword shall perish by the sword "
(Matthew 26:51-52)
Should he? Why have you come again, Jesus?
"34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth. I came not to send peace, but a sword. "
(Matthew 10:34)
However, Jesus says that His disciples should not defend him - he was right there, where he would be
order. evade arrest, he could always call an army of angels.
"53 Or do you think that I could not ask my father that he give me more than twelve legions of angels? "
(Matthew 26:53)
But why should he ask his father for anything? It is But even God, is it?
"25 Jesus answered them, [...]
30 I and the Father are one."
(John 10:25, 30)
In John's Gospel, the ear tee border recently been identified as Peter (who is, according to Catholic imagination the way, not "the sword" was lost, but upside down crucified was).
"10 Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest Servant, and cut off his right ear. And the servant was Malchus.
11 Then Jesus said to Peter, "Put your sword in its scabbard; Shall I not drink the cup, has given me my father? "
(John 18:10-11)
Here Jesus makes it look like he had a choice and could be the whole thing Blow off if he wanted. Yet if we believe that Jesus was God, the less sense.
is "24 When they heard this, they raised their Voice in one accord to God, saying Lord, the God you're made of, heaven and earth, the sea and all that is in them, has, [...]
27 yes indeed they have gathered about your holy servant Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate to do with the Gentiles and the people of Israel,
28 , what your hand and your Council has previously considered added that it should happen. "
(Acts 4:24; 27-28)
" 13 Wherefore begürtet the loins of your mind, be sober, and setteth your hope fully on the grace that is offered you may know by the revelation of Jesus Christ [...]
18 and that you do not redeemed with corruptible things, silver or gold, from your vain conversation received by his father's way
19 but with the precious blood of Christ as a lamb without blemish,
20 the Although previously seen before foundation of the world was , but revealed in these last times for your sake "
(1 Peter 1:13; 18-20)
Although Jesus is not until the" last days "(should be ready at any moment ...) has revealed, was the alleged victim with the blood of God's plan Since always, even before the creation. Imagine, Jesus would have screwed up that! As if God (Himself) probably pretty mad at him (himself) was.
Two is better than
We all know how the History is expected Jesus died on the cross and rose again, as God had planned and that was our salvation
why Christians are all eternally grateful to those who made this possible... Satan, the Pharisees, Pontius Pilate and his crew and of course, Judas.
What has become the only? ..
"3 As the saw Judas, who betrayed him, that he was condemned, repented him, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders
4 saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed innocent blood
5 they said. What is that to us because you see, and he threw ? the pieces of silver into the temple , rose it, went and hanged himself "
(Matthew 27:3-5)
suicide then? Or is death by falling out of the institutions?
" 15 And in the days Peter stood up among the disciples and said (it was a crowd in abundance at one hundred and twenty names):
16 Men and brethren, it had to be fulfilled the Scripture that has been said before the Holy Spirit through the mouth of David, Judas, who was a leader of those who took Jesus;
17 for he was numbered among us and had us come to this office.
18 This has acquired burst asunder in the field to the unfair wage and crashed and in the middle, and all his intestines. "
(Acts 1:15-18)
HE IS ALREADY SENT
is despicable Judas now? Or just the product of his environment (family, peer groups, Satan, etc) .?
.. And we are really in a position to judge him? "Not even Jesus himself came to earth to judge. He sez,
"16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life
. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to teach the world , but that the world through him might be saved. "
(John 3:16-17)
"47 And who hears my words and believe not, I judge him not: for I have not come to teach the world that I , but I save the world "
(John 12:47)
other hand,
." 39 And Jesus said : I am to the court came to this world "
( John 9:39)
